The busy executive who dances to the tune of his BlackBerry is but one example of our upside down world in which technology relentlessly seeks to manage us. This extends to businesses that default to operating the way their business systems dictate. While some businesses have successfully leveraged technology for competitive advantage, others have allowed technology to limit their thinking and their operations.
